All products displayed and sold by Klooftique are subject to strict quality control standards. Should a customer not be satisfied with a product received within 7 days of receipt, Klooftique will assess the piece in question and advise on the best course of action and endeavour to remedy the piece in question, as long as the piece complies with the warranty terms and conditions as noted above. All made-to-order items especially manufactured for a client can unfortunately not be returned. Goods that have been purchased EX STOCK within 7 days, may be returned for a full store credit, as long as the piece is in the same condition in which it left the store and in original packaging. An invoice must be presented as proof of purchase. No returns will be accepted without an original tax invoice.

All store credits issued will be exclusive of delivery and collection fees, which are still payable by the client.

Orders cancelled within 7 days from receipt of deposit payment will be subject to a 10% handling fee, which will be levied on cancellation of order.

Unforeseen delays can occasionally occur due to the use of third-party suppliers. Should an order be running behind schedule, cancellation thereof based on the order being delayed will not be accepted by Klooftique, nor any remuneration offered.

No special orders will be subject to return, exchange of refund.

Should the client change their mind regarding a purchase of an unflawed or undamaged product, Klooftique is not obliged to accept the return. All credits passed are valid for 3 months.

Klooftique does not offer any cash refunds.
